Product Price Match is offered by All Safety Products, Inc. in response to multiple customer inquiries to match competitor prices. We listened! There are just a few requirements to keep the program running smoothly. The below symbol is displayed on specific products that meet the Product Price Match eligibility requirements.
Product Price Match Eligibility Requirements
1. Product Price Match symbol needs to be displayed on specific website products that customer is requesting a product price match for.
2. Product Price Match request by customer must be a web advertised price. All other forms of marketing (print media, television ads, direct mail, etc.) are not accepted at this time.
3. Proof for Product Price Match: Customer needs to submit a URL link with Product Price Match request to All Safety Products, Inc. for our evaluation. A graphic may also be submitted in addition to the URL link for verification. Please send this request by using our Contact Us/Custom Quote Form at the top of the website under the Contact Us tab. Or give us a call at 1-877-208-3109 (or direct phone 562-630-3700) and we usually can verify pricing over the phone.
4. Product Price Match offer does not extend to clearance sales, going-out-of-business sales, used items (restrooms, sinks, showers are an example), E-bay auction items, etc. We only sell new products!
NOTE: All Safety Products, Inc. reserves the right to deny eligibility for Product Price Match if information is presented fraudulently or we perceive that hostile pricing practices are in place by other competitors. We do need to make a fair profit and can't sell below our cost! We don't do any deceptive pricing practices such as pricing products to undercut other competitors while adding either handling charges and or padding the freight bill to make additional profit. Our freight policy is that we make money on products, not on freight!
Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) is a certification that has the following requirements met by All Safety Products, Inc: (1) Company stock of 51% or more is owned by a Veteran; and, (2) Small Business Certification is on file with the State of California Department of General Services. The below symbol is displayed on our website for all products.
"Made In USA" is a label protected by the Federal Trade Commission, or FTC. In order for an item to be called such, the item must be made within the United States' borders from "all or virtually all" American parts — that is, with parts also made in the US. According to the FTC's website, "all or virtually all" means that "all significant parts and processing that go into the product must be of US origin. That is, the product should contain no — or negligible — foreign content." At All Safety Products, we do recognize when products are assembled in USA from imported parts/materials so you can have confidence that we use this symbol correctly and only on specific products that do meet FTC requirements.
"MAP" or Minimum Advertised Pricing is a pricing agreement between All Safety Products, Inc. and Tersano Inc. for their products that we advertise and distribute within California. This doesn't limit our negotiations during personal and website RFQ negotiations - we just can't advertise a price lower than the MAP pricing set for us by Tersano. We do have tiered price levels set up on our website. An explanation of the tiered pricing is explained at the following link, https://www.allsafetyproducts.com/pricing-levels.html A new customer will need to set up an account first with All Safety Products, Inc. via our website and we will apply the correct tiered pricing based on the volume level of purchases.
