Limited 10 Year Warranty for Satellite Axxis Portable Restroom
LIMITED 10 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR SATELLITE AXXIS PORTABLE RESTROOM 
Satellite Industries, Inc. warrants the major plastic parts of its AXXIS portable toilet against functional defects1 in material or workmanship for a total period of 10 years (120 months) as described below.
WHAT IS COVERED. This warranty applies exclusively to plastic front, side panels, roof and tank of the AXXIS portable toilet supplied and used commercially in the intended manner.
WHO IS COVERED. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or lease of the AXXIS portable toilet. Proof of purchase will be required.
PERIOD OF COVERAGE. Coverage under this warranty is for a total of 10 years (120 months) from time of manufacture. A part or repair supplied under this warranty will assume the balance of the original warranty period.
WHAT THE MANUFACTURER WILL DO. If plastic parts covered by this warranty incur a functional defect within the period of coverage, Satellite will provide replacement parts, or at its option, provide the material and instruction for restoration subject to an age pro rata charge described below.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED. This warranty does not cover damage or failure contributed to or caused by: Not following Satellite assembly procedures, unauthorized modification, mishandling, misuse, use of incompatible solvents or other damaging chemicals, vandalism or accident. In no event shall Satellite or All Safety Products, Inc. be liable for labor costs or for incidental or consequential damages.
1 WHAT IS "FUNCTIONAL DEFECT". For this warranty, functional defect shall mean breakage or other problem that prevents the AXXIS portable toilet from functioning in accordance with usual practices in the portable toilet industry.
2 AGE PRO RATA CHARGE. The charge for each month following date of manufacture to postmark date of defect notice will be 1/120 of the then current list price for the replacement part. A party seeking coverage under this warranty shall pay the age pro rata charge and all freight and shipping costs.
