Limited 5 Year Product Warranty For PolyPortables Portable Restrooms (Sold By All Safety Products, Inc.)
Manufacturers Warranty Information Listed Below (This warranty is coordinated for original purchaser of products sold by All Safety Products, Inc.)
TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER: PolyPortables LLC warrants its portable toilets to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years, subject to the following schedule. PolyPortables, LLC expressly limits the warranty to the repair or replacement of any unit or part that fails through cracking or breaking under normal operating conditions such that it affects the functionality of the goods. Liability for incidental or consequential damage is hereby expressly excluded and there is no implied warranty that the goods are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose.
PolyPortables, LLC reserves the right to inspect defective parts; which may require the return of some or all of the parts prior to warranty replacement and/or issuance of credit. Any replacement parts requested to ship prior to return receipt and inspection of defective parts will be invoiced to the customer. PolyPortables, LLC will credit the following percentage of the current list price list at the time of warranty claim and/or upon return of any required parts. Warranty credits must be applied against replacement products supplied by PolyPortables, LLC.
Limited Warranty Information
Any part or repair supplied under this limited warranty will assume the balance of the original warranty period. Any warranties from
suppliers of component parts supersede the PolyPortables, LLC limited warranty. Any labor and/or transportation charges are the
responsibility of the claimant. This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure contributed or caused by: 1. Not following
PolyPortables, LLC assembly, use, or maintenance instructions; 2. The use of incompatible chemicals; 3. Unauthorized modifications; 4.
Misuse, 5. Abuse; 6. Acts of God; or 7. Vandalism.
Important notice: All concealed/non-notated damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery (1st day is the day of delivery) as per the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) — Rule 300100 - for a damaged claim to be filed. Reporting after this time will void a claim. All Safety Products, Inc. strongly recommends that customer inspect unit(s) before accepting delivery with a signature and reject if there is visible damage that is not acceptable to customer.
To file your warranty claim follow these steps:

2. Please provide contact information (name, phone number, address, etc.).
3. Please provide the invoice number, date of purchase, product number, and product serial numbers. If using our website form, please use comments field.
